BRACE for another pump prices hike.
A hefty price increase on diesel products will greet motorists before Christmas.
Caltex, Cleanfuel, Petro Gazz, PTT, Seaoil, and Shell will hike diesel prices by P1.45 per liter.
Gasoline prices will also be higher by 50 centavos.
Likewise, Caltex, Seaoil, and Shell will adjust kerosene prices by 75 centavos per liter.
This is the second straight week that oil firms have implemented price increase.
Department of Energy-Oil Industry Management Bureau assistant director Rodela Romero said the increases could be blamed on the strengthening of the dollar as well as the drop in US crude stocks.
Last week, oil companies imposed up to an 80-centavo increase in petroleum products.
