A MAN walking home from school on Tuesday found a dead man on the road in Bgy. San Rafael, Tarlac City.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Penones Jr., the Tarlac police said a resident of Sitio Homesite Bgy. San Rafael discovered the body lying on the ground.
The village resident said the man bore a wound in the head.
The witness immediately informed the village officials about of gruesome find, who called the police.
Lawmen responded and conducted an investigation. They said the victim was around 35 years old.
An investigation is ongoing into the identity of the victim and the suspect.
