PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday announced his plans to expand healthcare access through a new Philippine General Hospital (PGH) facility in the province of Cavite.
The President made the announcement as he led the distribution of government assistance in General Trias City, Cavite
According to the President the new PGH, which is set to be built in Carmona City, is expected to improve access to public healthcare services in the rapidly growing province.
“Mag-groundbreaking daw kami itong Mayo. Isang PGH na hospital sa Carmona,” President Marcos said.
The proposed hospital is expected to have around 200 beds and will serve residents of Cavite and nearby areas.
