Around P3-million worth of illegal fireworks and pyrotechnic devices, including sawa, whistle bomb, atomic bomb, super lolo, higad, 3-star, 5-star, bawang, trompillo, and happy flower, confiscated  from online sellers and other vendors in the region, were destroyed. The confiscation of banned fireworks aims to prevent injuries and deaths from firecrackers.
