A 10-YEAR-OLD boy on Saturday drowned in a beach resort in Bataan.
The victim was a resident of Quezon City said a report by the Bataan police to Central Luzon top cop Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr..
The Bataan PNP was informed that the boy went missing while swimming at the Waterfront Beach Resort in Nagabalayong, Morong town.
A resort employee told police that the parents of the victim reported to them that their child is missing.
Beach resort’s staff members immediately conducted a search within their premises and found the victim at the bottom floor of the swimming pool.
The boy was rushed to the Morong Regional Health Unit, where he was declared dead upon arrival.
However, the parents of the victim were not convinced and requested to bring the child to the Gordon Memorial Hospital in Olongapo City for second opinion.
