TWO children on Monday were found dead inside an abandoned car in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga.
Based on a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. by the Pampanga police, the victims were brothers, aged 5 and 6, and residents of Bgy. Moras dela Paz in Sto. Tomas.
The bodies of the young siblings were found inside a broken car in front of Teng Funeral Services in Purok 6, R.P. Palad, Bgy. Moras dela Paz.
The victims were last seen alive in the afternoon of July 6.
A man who was picking tamarind and eggplants in the area discovered the lifeless bodies of the victims.
According to the man, he smelled stink from the broken car and when he checked, he was shocked to see the two dead kids inside.
The man immediately informed the police.
The mother of the victim told probers that she thought her children was with their father who is living in a nearby barangay.
An investigation is ongoing.
