FORMER President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday dared the \u00a0International Criminal Court (ICC) to begin its investigation into his deadly war on drugs, making light of international accountability on charges of crimes against humanity.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Speaking at the Quad Comm hearing, Duterte challenged the ICC to \u201ccome here and start the investigation tomorrow,\u201d adding that he might die before they have the chance.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m asking the ICC to hurry up and if possible they can come here and start the investigation tomorrow,\u201d Duterte said, upon the questioning of Gabriela Party-list Rep. Arlene Brosas.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThis issue has been left hanging for so many years.
