THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) expressed belief that there is enough evidence to prove that dismissed mayor Alice Guo of Bamban, Tarlac is not a Filipino and that she should be deported from the Philippines.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Alice Leal Guo or Guo Hua Ping (Chinese name) on Friday attended for the first time a hearing of the BI\u2019s Board of Special Inquiry led by its chief Gilbert Repizo in Intramuros, Manila.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The dismissed Bamban mayor was accompanied by <\/strong>her lawyer Stephen David.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to Repizo, there is enough evidence to deport Guo based on the National Bureau of Investigation\u2019s findings that both \u201cAlice Guo\u201d and \u201cGuo Hua Ping\u201d have the same fingerprint.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Guo also allegedly falsified her birth certificate.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Repizo asked the dismissed Bamban mayor to challenge the findings, including the biometrics, by seeking a competent witness or expert within 15 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Guo insisted she is a Filipino.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meanwhile, her lawyer asserted it would be unfair for Guo to be deported from the Philippines.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cIt is unfair to deport a Filipino citizen who is not recognized. She will be stateless because no one will accept her.
