Gen. Redrico Maranan, the Capas police identified the fatality as John Henry Duenas, 24; and the injured was a 16-year-old girl, both residents of Bgy. Dolores, Capas, Tarlac.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The victims, along with others,&nbsp; were passengers of a black Toyota Fortuner with plate number RLW959.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Upon reaching their residence in Bgy.
