OPERATIVES on Wednesday seized three boxes from Canada containing at least 52 packs of \u201chigh- grade\u201d marijuana or kush worth P39 million in Balagtas, Bulacan.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Redrico Maranan, the Bulacan police said the packages contain 52 packs of kush weighing more or less 26 kilos and with a standard drug price amounting to P39 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Probers said Reina Infante, 44, of Blk. 2 Expansion, Lot 8, Northville 6, Bgy. Santol Balagtas, Bulacan, informed the Balagtas police that her husband, Melchor Atim, received a package from LBC sent by a certain Paul H. Paje, with given address at 44 Wickstead Way Thornhill in Canada.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The packages were consigned to Rainan Infante., with address at Blk. 2 Expansion, Lot 10, Northville 6, also in Bgy. Santol.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The woman said she found the boxes suspicious since they don\u2019t have relatives in other countries.
