{"id":10814,"date":"2024-12-23T01:11:40","date_gmt":"2024-12-22T17:11:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/journaldailynewsonline.com.ph\/?p=10814"},"modified":"2024-12-23T01:11:40","modified_gmt":"2024-12-22T17:11:40","slug":"state-of-the-art-judicial-complex-to-rise-in-bulacan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/journaldailynewsonline.com.ph\/index.php\/2024\/12\/23\/state-of-the-art-judicial-complex-to-rise-in-bulacan\/","title":{"rendered":"STATE-OF-THE-ART JUDICIAL COMPLEX TO RISE IN BULACAN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>THE Supreme Court (SC) on Saturday announced that a state-of-the-art judicial complex will soon rise in Bulacan,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>According to SC, it has received 25 hectares of land from the Department of Transportation (DOTr) in Bambang, Bulacan that will serve as the new site of the judicial complex.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Justice Jose Midas Marquez said the Bulacan property is bigger that an area in Taguig City, where the SC initially planned to build the complex.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Marquez said the state-of-the-art judicial complex will house the SC, Court of Appeals, Sandiganbayan and Court of Tax Appeals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The SC is hoping to start the construction by 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The property is part of the concession agreement between the government through the DOTr and San Miguel Aerocity, Inc.
