{"id":10906,"date":"2024-12-27T06:54:04","date_gmt":"2024-12-26T22:54:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/journaldailynewsonline.com.ph\/?p=10906"},"modified":"2024-12-27T06:54:04","modified_gmt":"2024-12-26T22:54:04","slug":"doh-puts-hospitals-on-code-white-alert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/journaldailynewsonline.com.ph\/index.php\/2024\/12\/27\/doh-puts-hospitals-on-code-white-alert\/","title":{"rendered":"DOH PUTS HOSPITALS ON CODE WHITE ALERT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>THE Department of Health (DOH) has placed hospitals and other health facilities under Code White Alert <\/strong><strong>in anticipation of health emergencies amid the Christmas and New Year festivities.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Code White Alert was set from December 21 and will last until January 6.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Code White Alert means<\/strong><strong> all health workers such as general and orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, internists, operating room nurses, ophthalmologists and otorhinolaryngologists stationed in hospitals stand ready to respond to medical emergencies at any time.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cIbig sabihin ang lahat po ng mga doktor at nurse, siniset namin &#8216;yung mga schedule namin, \u2018yung mga naka-leave, baka mino-move muna nila &#8216;yung leave nila,\u201d DOH spokesperson Albert Domingo told a radio interview.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Also covered by the Code White Alert are the hospitals\u2019 Operations Center (OPCEN) to coordinate responses with the DOH regional and central office.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTapos \u2018yun pong supplies, nag-i-stockpile. Ibig sabihin kung dati mga limang litro ng pang-swero ang naroon, ngayon mga sampung litro.
