BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n OPERATIVES on Wednesday arrested two Chinese nationals and confiscated an estimated P46 million worth of smuggled used clothing or \u201cukay-ukay\u201d during separate anti-smuggling operations in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Redrico Maranan, the Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspects as alias “Fan Shaoqing, 40, a warehouse checker; and alias “Jiawei Zhang,” 33, a warehouse manager, both of Sta. Cruz, Manila.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The two were arrested during the implementation of a search warrant at a warehouse in Industrial Park, Bgy.
