WORK HOURS FOR GOVERNMENT WORKERS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>TO help address the traffic situation in the National Capital Region (NCR), the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is recommending a shift to 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. working hours for government workers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>MMDA chairman Romando Artes said the proposal, once approved by all 17 mayors of NCR, will be submitted to President Ferdinand R.
