{"id":11609,"date":"2025-02-02T00:27:05","date_gmt":"2025-02-01T16:27:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/journaldailynewsonline.com.ph\/?p=11609"},"modified":"2025-02-02T00:27:05","modified_gmt":"2025-02-01T16:27:05","slug":"lpg-prices-increase-in-february","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/journaldailynewsonline.com.ph\/index.php\/2025\/02\/02\/lpg-prices-increase-in-february\/","title":{"rendered":"LPG PRICES INCREASE IN FEBRUARY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>HIGHER prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) greeted consumers this month.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Petron and Solane, in separate advisories, &nbsp;announced that they will hike prices of their LPG products starting Saturday, February 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Petron said it will increase LPG prices by 70 centavos per kilogram.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Solane-branded LPG products also said it will implement a \u00a073 centavos per kilogram adjustment to its prices.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>According to Petron, the price hike reflects the &nbsp;international contract price of LPG for the month of February.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The adjustment translates to a P7.70 to P8.03 increase for a regular 11-kilogram household LPG cylinder.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cleanfuel also announced that the price of &nbsp;its automobile LPG price went up by P0.35 per liter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Department of Energy\u2019s price monitoring in Metro Manila before the adjustment showed that prices of 11-kilogram household LPG ranged from P860 to P1,140 while auto LPG was commonly priced at P42.55 per liter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HIGHER prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) greeted consumers this month.
