<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Thousands Bi\u00f1anenses joined last Sunday\u2019s event that marked the city\u2019s 1<\/strong>5 years since its founding.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Various sectors and government offices also participated in the People’s Parade followed by the inauguration of the new city projects, including the the elevated parking behind Alberto Mansion and the Bi\u00f1an Center for Performing Arts (BCPA) which is part of the Bi\u00f1an Cultural Center Complex.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mayor Arman Dimaguila said the unity among local officials played a significant role in achieving cityhood for Bi\u00f1an, ensuring continuous progress in the years to come.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Present in the event were Bi\u00f1an Lone District Rep. Len Alonte, who contributed to making cityhood a reality, Vice Mayor Gel Alonte, and other local government officials led by councilor Dada Reyes.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The three-day celebration includes a Thanksgiving Mass, the unveiling of the historical marker at the Bi\u00f1an Center for Performing Arts (BCPA), the 1580 Marker thanksgiving dinner, Gabi ng Tagumpay and a cultural night.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to Dimaguila, Bi\u00f1an continues to make history and promote the arts, culture, and local talent.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Gracing the event was national artist for music Maestro Ryan Cayabyab, who expressed strong support for the city’s mission to enrich Bi\u00f1an\u2019s culture and nurture the talents of young Bi\u00f1anenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Dimaguila said the BCPA reflects the city\u2019s deep appreciation for history, culture, and the arts, ensuring that these legacies are passed on to future generations.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThis place will further develop the skills of Bi\u00f1an\u2019s people, especially the youth. Here, visitors from outside Bi\u00f1an will witness the talents of our city.
