BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga \u2013 Police on Tuesday arrested two drug suspects, iincluding a woman, following the confiscation of some P578,000 worth of shabu in separate buy-bust operations in this province.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal said arrested in the first operation was a 47-year-old male suspect from Bamban, Tarlac. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The sting was conducted in Sta. Rita town by members of the Pampanga Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, Provincial Intelligence Unit, and the Sta. Rita police, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 3.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Confiscated from the suspect were at least 60 grams of shabu worth P408,000, a loaded cal. .38 revolver, a cellphone, and a motorcycle. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The suspect will face charges for violations of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, Republic Act 10591 known as the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act, and the Omnibus Election Code or gun ban.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In San Fernando, Pampanga, an operation by the Intelligence\/Station Drug Enforcement Unit led to the arrest of a 29-year-old female drug suspect from Para\u00f1aque City. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Seized from her were 25 grams of shabu worth P17,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n “We will not waver, nor will we falter. Pampanga PPO stands as a shield against crime, relentlessly pursuing those who poison our communities,\u201d Dimaandal said.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cWith courage in our hearts and duty in our hands, we will fight until every street is safe, every home is free from fear, and every child can dream without the shadow of addiction.
