San Vicente, Tarlac City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>A report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo stated that the accused is a 47-year-old cop assigned at the National Police Training Institute-Police Regional Training Center 7 (NPTI-PRTC 7).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>A resident of Bgy. Tibag, Tarlac City, the accused cop was arrested based on a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 59, Angeles City, Pampanga for qualified&nbsp; rape of a minor, a non-bailable offense.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sometime in 2024, the suspect was accused of molesting a minor in Bgy.
