Gen. Jean Fajardo, Angeles police acting director Col. Joselito Villarosa Jr. identified the suspect&nbsp;as alias &#8220;Yoo,&#8221; 43, a tourist temporarily staying in Bgy. Cuayan, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>According to Station 4 commander Maj. Marlon Ventus, the foreigner was arrested in a bar on Raymond St. in Bgy. Balibago, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The arrest was&nbsp;&nbsp;based on&nbsp;&nbsp;a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 114 of Angeles City, Pampanga for violation of Republic Act 10883 or the New Anti-Carnapping Law, with a recommended bail of P300,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The arrested Korean is now under the custody of the Angeles City police for filing of charges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG POLICE on Monday arrested a South Korean national wanted for stealing a car in Angeles City, Pampanga.
