MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga –  Mabalacat City re-electionist Mayor Crisostomo Garbo and vice mayoral candidate Win-Win Garbo, along with the rest of their slate, on Thursday signed a peace covenant for a peaceful, orderly and honest May 12, 2025 elections.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The signing was held at the San Rafael Arkanghel Parish in Bgy. Mabiga, this city.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Garbo said the whole slate attended the peace covenant signing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

With them during the signing were councilor candidates Noel Castro, engineer Rox Pe\u00f1a, Ralph Basti David, Totong Mendiola, Doc Cocoy Tiglao, Carl Dizon, Elmer Calaguas, Jerry Magsino, and Benjie Pangan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The peace pact signing was organized by the Commission on Elections (Comelec), Philippine National Police (PNP), and other agencies to promote clean, honest, and peaceful elections in the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The candidates also vowed to a fair campaigning and responsible governance.<\/strong><\/p>\n
