Angeles City Mayor Carmelo \u201cPogi\u201d Lazatin leads the groundbreaking rites for the city\u2019s socialized housing project that is set to rise in Bgy. Mining. With him are Pampanga 1<sup>st<\/sup> district Rep. Carmelo \u201cJon\u201d Lazatin II, Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, \u00a0and members of the City Council. Mayor Lazatin said Angele\u00f1os can now have their own houses that are safe, and located in the center of the city.
