THE Philippine National Police (PNP) is eyeing to file a complaint against Honeylet Avance\u00f1a, the partner of former-president Rodrigo Duterte, for hitting a female police officer with a mobile phone on the head.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The officer, a member of the Special Action Force (SAF), was treated for a lump on the head after being struck with a cellphone by Avance\u00f1a.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The incident took place at the Villamor Air Base in Pasay City on Tuesday when Duterte was <\/strong>being escorted to a plane bound for The Hague in the Netherlands to face the International Criminal Court (ICC) trial for charges of crimes against humanity over his administration’s bloody drug war.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PNP spokesperson Brig. Gen.
