Manuali, Porac, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal said arrested were alias \u201cEve,\u201d 30;&nbsp; \u201calias Dex,\u201d 25; alias \u201cJay,\u201d 24, all of Bgy. Patling, Capas, Tarlac; and alias \u201cKing,\u201d 36, of Bgy.
