A PHILIPPINE Drug Enforcement Agency-led anti-narcotics operation inside the Calapan Port in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro on Friday led to the arrest of a \u201chigh-value\u201d suspect and the confiscation of some 120 kilograms of shabu worth at least P816 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Police Regional Office (PRO) 4-B (Mimaropa) chief Brig. Roger Quesada said the suspect, identified only as alias \u201cChristopher,\u201d 43, of Bgy.
