Cruz, Manila.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Luka Vega or Amadeus Fernando Pagente in real life, 33, was apprehended&nbsp;at his home on Hizon St. in Sta.
