Joselito Villarosa Jr., in a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, &nbsp;said the caretaker of the apartment sought&nbsp;&nbsp;help from the barangay officials after she discovered the lifeless body of the foreigner.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The victim was seen lying and lifeless on the bed in the apartment on Clark Avenue in Bgy.
