Malabanias, Angeles City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Angeles City police acting director Col. Joselito Villarosa Jr. reported to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo that the fatality was&nbsp;Percy Gerard Gutierrez, an American national residing on Convair St. in Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>A female neighbor of the foreigner called the police to check on Gutierrez.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The police, along with a foreigner friend of the American, went inside the apartment and found him lying in the living room.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Also found in the house were lantus insulin, &nbsp;a pen, and assorted medicine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Police said there were no signs of &nbsp;struggle or violence in the house.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG A 71-YEAR-OLD American national on Saturday was found lifeless inside his apartment &nbsp;in Bgy.
