Gen. Jean Fajardo, the Bulacan police identified the victim as Lolito Varela, &nbsp;a farmer residing at Sitio Viga, Bgy. Alagao, San Ildefonso, Bulacan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Barangay Gabihan chairman Ferdinand Reyes informed the San Ildefonso police that a dead man was found inside a tricycle in the village.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>A police team was dispatched to Purok 5, Bgy. Gabihan, where the victim was found.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responding lawmen found the farmer inside his service tricycle, with gunshot wounds in different parts of his body.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Initial investigation showed that the victim was on his way home when upon reaching the &nbsp;provincial &nbsp;road, the unidentified suspect appeared and shot him repeatedly before fleeing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recovered at the crime scene were several fired bullets for &nbsp;cal. .45 pistol.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>An investigation is underway to identify and arrest the gunman.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG A FARMER on Saturday was found shot dead inside a tricycle in San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
