COMBINED operatives of the Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group and the Police Regional Office 4-A last Sunday captured two Chinese nationals accused of kidnapping three Asian nationals in Nasugbu, Batangas.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Nabbed at a police checkpoint in Bacoor City, Cavite were suspects Huang Yuze, 27; and Zhao Li Shan, 29, both Chinese nationals.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PNP chief Gen. Rommel Francisco D. Marbil on Wednesday said the arrest of the two came two days after the duo were accused of involvement in the abduction of two Chinese nationals and a Korean in Bgy. Balaytigue, Nasugbu, Batangas.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The names of the victims were withheld.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n An investigation showed the victims were on a fishing trip when they were snatched by at least seven suspects.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n They were released unharmed by their captors on May 2 after paying ransom.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n However, surveillance footage and some witnesses suggested a possible \u201cinside job\u201d in the kidnap-for-ransom case.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PNP-AKG agents under Col. David N. Poklay, with the help of officers from the PRO4-A under Brig. Gen. Paul Kenneth T.
