TWO days before the May 12, 2025, national and local elections, Presidential Communication Office (PCO) Secretary Jay Ruiz echoed President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.\u2019s call for voters to select leaders with integrity, competence, and compassion.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Through Proclamation 878, President Marcos has declared May 12 a special non-working holiday to allow registered voters to participate in the national and local elections.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cGamitin natin ang karapatang ito. Piliin natin ang kandidatong may malasakit, kakayahan, at may paninindigan.
