PRESIDENT Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has called for the courtesy resignation of all Cabinet secretaries, saying \u201cit\u2019s time to realign government with the people\u2019s expectations.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThis is not business as usual.
