BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n AN overseas Filipino worker (OFW) and a welder tagged as \u201chigh-value\u201d targets on Tuesday were arrested in a buy-bust operation in the City of San Fernando in Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal identified the suspects as alias \u201cVidal,\u201d 42, an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) residing in Bgy. Saguin, City of San Fernando, Pampanga; and alias \u201cXander,\u201d 43, a welder, of Bgy. Sto. Tomas, Lubao, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The suspects yielded over P300,000 worth of shabu in an entrapment operation in Bgy.
