TWO South Korean men wanted in their country on Wednesday were arrested during \u201cOplan Pagtugis\u201d launched by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Region 3 (CIDG3) in Angeles City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CIDG Region 3 chief Col.
