Ponce Rogelio <\/strong> Pe\u00f1ones<\/strong><\/em> Jr. on Friday presided over the turnover of command ceremony at the Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO).<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Installed as the new acting Bulacan police commander was Col. Angel Garcillano, replacing Col. Franklin Estoro.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In his message, <\/strong>Pe\u00f1ones<\/strong><\/em> highlighted the vital role of strong leadership in advancing the three key pillars being pushed by PNP chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III — swift and responsive public service; unity and morale within the ranks; and accountability and modernization.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThis leadership transition is a testament to our commitment to proactive policing, organizational unity, and public accountability. Under Col.
