BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga \u2013 The June 30 oathtaking of the newly-elected officials in Central Luzon on Monday was safe and orderly and no major security incidents were reported, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) said.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The PRO3 under the leadership of Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio I.
