Gen. Ponce Rogelio <\/strong><em><strong>Pe\u00f1ones<\/strong><\/em><strong> Jr., Mabalacat City police chief Lt. Col. Efren David identified those arrested as alias &#8220;Jek-Jek,&#8221; 28, of Maluyus, Bgy. Bical, Mabalacat City; alias &#8220;Josh,&#8221; 24, of Bgy. Dau, Mabalacat City; and&nbsp; alias &#8220;Ana,&#8221; 25, of Bgy.
