BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n MAYOR Vilma Balle-Caluag of San Fernando City, Pampanga on Wednesday personally joined an anti-illegal drug operation of the city police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 3 in the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Arrested during the operation was a \u201chigh-value\u201d drug target of San Fernando City.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Members of the Special Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of the City of San Fernando police, in coordination with the PDEA Regional Office 3, apprehended alias \u201cJoven,\u201d a 23-year-old \u201chigh-value\u201d target, of New Barrio Calulut, Bgy. Calulut, in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Seized from the suspect were at least 60 grams of shabu valued at P408,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Caluag commended the leadership of newly-appointed city police chief Lt. Col.
