BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n AN activated alarm system on Sunday played a crucial role in the arrest of a man robbing a gadget stall in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio <\/strong>Pe\u00f1one<\/strong>s Jr., the Pampanga police said arrested was alias Aman, 19, of Bgy. Pandan, Angeles City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Alias \u201cZala,\u201d alias \u201cCopan,\u201d and alias \u201cAbul\u201d were able to escape.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The victim was identified as stall owner Angelo Tecmon, 25, of Bgy.
