Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Angeles City police acting director Col. Joselito Villarosa Jr. identified the escapee as Ralph Santianez, 39, a resident of Bgy.
