BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga \u2013 The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) swiftly mobilized personnel and resources to conduct relief operations across flooded areas in Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, and Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The move was in response to the severe flooding triggered by typhoon \u201cCrising,\u201d \u201cDante,\u201d and \u201cEmong,\u201d as well as the southwest monsoon or habagat,<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Rescue teams, composed of personnel from various police provincial offices, partnered with local government units and disaster response agencies, were deployed to distribute food packs, drinking water, hygiene kits, and essential supplies to affected families.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PRO3 also helped in the evacuation of residents from low-lying areas and ensured the security of evacuation centers.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Pe\u00f1ones Jr. emphasized the commitment of the police to serve beyond law enforcement.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cIn times of crisis, we go where we are needed most. Anchored on the three pillars of our PNP chief Gen. Nicolas D.
