BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga \u2013 Twenty-five suspects, including \u201chigh-value\u201d targets, were arrested by operatives of the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) under the leadership of Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio <\/strong>Pe\u00f1ones<\/strong> Jr. during a 24-hour operation in Central Luzon.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Confiscated were nearly P2.5 million worth of illegal drugs.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Police said that in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan, HVT \u201cEric\u201d yielded at least 70 grams of suspected shabu valued at P476,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In Malolos City, Bulacan, two suspects were caught with 100 grams of shabu worth P680,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In Llanera, Nueva Ecija, a buy-bust led to the arrest of \u201cLuz,\u201d a 59-year-old HVT from Caloocan, who yielded 50 grams of shabu valued at P340,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In Subic, Zambales, police served a search warrant on the residence of a former crime group member identified as \u201cJonex.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Seized were 33 grams of shabu worth P224,400 and drug paraphernalia.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meanwhile, Mabalacat City operatives conducted an entrapment operation in Bgy. Dau, Mabalacat City and arrested 21 suspects, including two HVIs.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Confiscated were 105 grams of shabu worth P714,000 and 40 grams of dried marijuana leaves worth P4,800.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThis is a clear message to drug syndicates\u2014Central Luzon will never be a safe haven for your operations. The scale and speed of these accomplishments demonstrate our dedication to the chief PNP\u2019s call for swift, responsive, and aggressive law enforcement,” <\/strong>Pe\u00f1ones<\/strong> said.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Central Luzon top cop underscored the importance of community cooperation for the success of their operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cWe call on our communities to stay vigilant and report suspicious activity.
