Nicolas Torre III for Swift and Responsive Public Service, courtesy visits to local government units (LGUs) across Central Luzon have been intensified to rally support for the PNP\u2019s 5-Minute Response Time goal.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio <\/strong>Pe\u00f1ones <\/strong> Jr., the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), has been personally meeting with provincial, city, and municipal officials to align peace and order strategies, strengthen partnerships, and secure local support for police operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Some local government units (LGUs) donated communication equipment and mobility assets to help meet the response time goal, while others pledged to extend similar assistance in the coming days.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The contributions are expected to greatly enhance police visibility, rapid deployment, and immediate response to emergencies.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cWe deeply appreciate the unwavering support of our LGUs in helping us meet the chief PNP\u2019s call for a swift and responsive police service.
