THE Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against businessman Charlie \u201cAtong\u201d Ang, actress Gretchen Barretto and several others over their alleged involvement in the case of the missing cockfighting enthusiasts.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla, in a press conference on Friday, said included in the ILBO is <\/strong>former National Capital Region Police Office chief, re<\/strong>tired police Lt. Gen. Jonnel Estomo and over <\/strong>50 other respondents named by whistleblower Julie \u201cDondon\u201d Patidongan alias \u201cTotoy.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Remulla said one of the respondents, a sibling of Ang, had already left the country before the ILBO was issued.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cMay isang umalis sa bansa.
