<\/p>\n <\/p>\n President Marcos Jr. said his \u201cSumbong sa Pangulo\u201d website has logged more than 12,000 complaints that expanded beyond flood control projects to cover other public works marred with irregularities.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In his fourth BBM Podcast aired on Sunday, President Marcos said concerned citizens have filed complaints through https:\/\/sumbongsapangulo.ph, the Palace\u2019s online channel for reporting corruption cases directly to the President, since its launch on August 11, or less than a month ago.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cSince we created the website, we already have 12,000 plus reports that are coming in,\u201d the President said in an interview.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Based on the reports uploaded to the website, President Marcos inspected some flood control projects, including those in Bulacan, and confirmed the ghost or non-existent projects and substandard ones.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n President Marcos noted that reports or complaints uploaded to the website now include concerns on road paving and road widening projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cOf course, we started talking about only flood control. Pero siyempre, nagkaroon ang tao ng line of communication sa akin na para makapagreklamo sila, ginagamit talaga nila,\u201d the President said, calling the platform \u201cvery effective.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n President Marcos urged the public to continue using the Sumbong sa Pangulo channel.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s why I encourage everybody. Lahat ng hinihikayat ko kayo.
