BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga \u2014 The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) arrested 174 wanted felons, seized over P4 million worth of illegal drugs, and confiscated 44 loose firearms during its anti-criminality operations from September 28 to October 4.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The operations, conducted under the directive of acting PNP chief Lt. Gen Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., showcased the region\u2019s intensified drive against criminality, illegal drugs, and loose firearms.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A report to PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio I.
