Bahay Pare, this city.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Pe\u00f1ones<\/strong> Jr, the Bulacan police identified the fatalities as Narcisa Tubera and her husband Eduardo, 59, of Heritage Homes, Bgy.
