Panalicsican, this municipality.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio <\/strong><strong>Pe\u00f1ones\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Jr. identified the fatalities as John Paul Olson, 19, of Bgy.
