Malagasang I-F.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The city government hopes that this rental housing project will provide safe, dignified, and accessible shelter to residents living in danger zones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>According to Advincula, the rental housing project is a testament to the city government\u2019s steadfast commitment to improving the quality of life for Imuse\u00f1os and fostering a more sustainable community.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The four-storey AAngat Residences is set to house 62 families, with each unit covering 24 square meters (sq m), while the building sits on a 1,998.24-sq-m floor area.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tenants are allowed to stay in the furnished apartment until they can afford to have their own houses and are expected to pay P2,000 per month without a rent deposit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Beneficiaries from barangays Poblacion and Anabu formally received their house key.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The AAngat Residences has been the priority of the Advincula administration in pursuit of a livable Imus for every Imuse\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THE local government unit of Imus City in Cavite has unveiled the first-ever government rental housing in the city.
