{"id":17383,"date":"2025-11-05T23:28:54","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T15:28:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/journaldailynewsonline.com.ph\/?p=17383"},"modified":"2025-11-05T23:30:03","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T15:30:03","slug":"17383","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/journaldailynewsonline.com.ph\/index.php\/2025\/11\/05\/17383\/","title":{"rendered":"CIDG ARRESTS 2 MOST WANTED MEN IN CENTRAL LUZON"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TWO of the most wanted felons in Central Luzon on Monday were arrested by operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Regional Field Unit 3 (RFU3) and the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) in separate operations in Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The arrests were made as part of the police\u2019s \u201cOplan Pagtugis\u201d drive.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Personnel of the CIDG Angeles City Field Unit (CFU), in coordination with the PRO3 Regional Intelligence Division-Cyber Patrol Team, Angeles City police and Criminal Investigation Unit (CIU-ACPO), arrested alias \u201cGale,\u201d 27, of Capaya II, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGale\u201d is the no. 1 most wanted in Central Luzon.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The arrest was made based on a warrant for 19 counts of violation of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003 (RA 9208) issued by RTC Branch 114, Angeles City, dated October 27, 2025, with no bail recommended.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The charges stemmed from a December 2024 rescue operation in Porac, Pampanga, where authorities saved 24 women allegedly exploited in a human trafficking scheme.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Investigations identified \u201cGale\u201d as one of the suspected pimps involved, leading to the filing of criminal complaints and subsequent issuance of the warrant of arrest.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>On the same day, elements of the CIDG Pampanga Provincial Field Unit (PFU), in coordination with the Pampanga Provincial Intelligence Team (PIT), arrested alias \u201cDolfo,\u201d 64, of Bgy. San Jose, San Fernando City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cDolfo\u201d is the no. 2 most wanted person in the region.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The suspect was nabbed based on warrants of arrest issued by RTC Branch 41, San Fernando City for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (RA 9165) and for Unlawful Possession of Firearm or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CIDG Regional Field Unit 3 (RFU3) chief Col.
