San Agustin, this city.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio <\/strong><strong>Pe\u00f1ones<\/strong> <strong>Jr., the\u00a0 Pampanga police identified\u00a0 the victim as Ralph Christian Timbol,\u00a0 a 26-year-old resident of Bgy.
